What comes in one Lucky Scoop?

Each Lucky Scoop includes approximately 6–9 jewelry pieces, gift-ready packaging, and the complimentary gifts listed in the product description. Styles are selected as a surprise based on your preferences.

Can I choose gold or silver jewelry?

Yes. Choose Only gold, Only silver, or Surprise me. You can separately select jewelry categories you would prefer us to leave out.

Can I add a song and personal message?

Yes. You may request a song and add a gift message. By default, we will read the message aloud in your Packing Video, or you can choose to have it written on the gift message card only.

How long does shipping take?

What is your exchange & return policy?

All sales are final for non-quality related issues. Minor flaws, slight plating imperfections or faint transit scratches count as normal craft and shipping wear with no replacement available; equal-value replacement is only offered for obvious severe factory or transit damage with valid photos submitted within 24 hours after delivery, while returns or exchanges won’t be accepted due to personal dislike of inner style or color, and equal-value swap is allowed solely for religious conflicts with no cash refund in any case.
